Right of withdrawal

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your  article purchased at www.outletbambini.it within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. You can not change the purchased item for another whether of the same model or of different models . The products have to be delivered to the courier within ten (10)working days from the date of receipt. The products can be returned by any shipping company and with any shipping method you choose, after completing the "Return request form" in your account page in the menu on the left.

Valid execution of your right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is to consider valid when all of the following conditions are respected:

1. The Return Form must be filled out correctly and sent to Grynstar within ten (10) working days, (beginning with the day received the products)
2. The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
3. The identification tag should still be attached to the products with the disposable seal
4. The products should be returned, complete and unused, with their original packaging
5. The products should be returned to Grynstar in one single shipment. Grynstar infact
6. The returned products must be delivered to the courier  within ten (10) working days
   from the delivery date of the products.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s).
The return shipping is at customers expense.
In case the procedures and terms described have not been corretcly followed you will be contacted by us via email and you will not be entitled to the reimbursement of the sums already paid to Grynstar, but you may elect, at your expense, to have the products
re-delivered to you.
Otherwise, Grynstar can keep the products in addition to sums already paid for their purchase.

Refund Procedures and Timing

After recieving your return Grynstar will examine all products returned and will check the conformity to the procedures described in the above paragraph “Consumer Rights and the Cooling-Off Period”. In event that examination will confirm your right of a refund, Grynstar will notify you by email the aceptance of the returned goods.
Independently from which mode of payment you used, the refund is activated by Grynstar within thirty (30) days from the date on which Grynstar is notified of your return request and after verification and acceptance of returned products.
Grynstar will refund the price of the purchased products in accordance to the payment method chosen for the purchase:

1. Payment with credit/debit card: the time frame necessary to  see the effective refund depends on the bank institute which issued your credit/debit card. Please note that the date of the refund will be in anycase the same as teh date of charge so that you will suffer no loss due to bank interests.

2. Payment through PayPal: the refund will be payed on your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The effective refund on the credit card linked to PayPal depends on the bank institute who issued the credit card.

3. Cash on delivery payment: the refund will be payed on the bank account you indicated, so the time necessary for the reimboursement depends on the correctness of the data you filled out. Anyway reimboursements usually take palce within a one month.

In case of a present the due amount will be refunded to the person who did the payment.

Product Identification tag

Every product sold by Grynstar are provided with a sealed identification tag. We invite you to try on the purchased items without removing the indentificaton tag nor the seal, products returned without the tag will not be accepted.
