Credit card

The purchase by credit card is:

1. Fast: Close your purchase in a few minutes
2. Practical: You are asked for your card details (number, owner, security code, expiry date)
3. Controllable:Get a confirmation email either when the transaction is successful, or in case of failure (in case of shortage, the bank denied the transaction, etc.).

5. Safe:Outletbambini uses the secure payment circuit of Banca Sella. Your transaction will then be encrypted using HTTPS in order to fully protect the information exchanged during the payment process.

In case of a returning, if you have used this payment method you will recieve your refund directly on your credit card account within 30 days from the return of the items.

PayPal

Buying through PayPal is comparable to the purchase by credit card. The advantage of using PayPal is that to make a payment you can just enter the email address you associated with your PayPal account instead of having to enter all the data of your credit card.

In case of a returning, if you have used this payment method you will recieve your refund directly on your PayPal account within 30 days from the return of the items.

Cash on delivery

What you need to know if you pay by cash:

1. The mark has an extra charge of € 5 which will be charged directly at the moment of your order confirmation.
2. Your presence, or the one of a person delegated by you, is required at the specified shipping adress at the moment of delivery of the purchased items, to accept delivery and pay the amount due to the carrier
3. The UPS Courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and it is not possible to fix deliveries by appointment. The courier will attempt delivery of the package for three consecutive working days leaving each time a notification. If all attempts to deliver the items will be unsuccessful the goods will be sent back to our stores.
4. You can pay the courier by cash. We ask the courtesy of keeping the exact amount ready inorder to prevent the carrier not having the opportunity to give you the change.

Bank Transfer

What you need to know if you pay by bank transfer:

1. If you choose this payment method you have to make a transfer to:

2. Your package will remain unprocessed until the actual availability of the due amount is notified to our bank account.
   The time for this process varies depending on the policies of the banks involved in the transfer.
3. You are not required to send a copy of your bank transfer.
