All shipments are standard and are usually delivered within 5 working days. Business days are considered Monday through Friday. During bank holidays no deliveries are made.
The average time of your order process depends on several parameters: payment method, geographic area of delivery, availability of goods, correctness of the specified shipping address.
Our commitment is to deliver your purchases within 5 working days from the date of order, but we can not guarantee this timing because the delivery service is provided by a courier
company independent of Outletbambini.
If you choose to purchase by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery and you place your order before 11.30AM goods will most likely be shipped the same day.
In case of payment by bank transfer, however, delivery times are getting longer as Outletbambini expects to receive the actual availability notification before shipping your package.

When you register or when your order confirmation do not forget to specify the exact shipping address indicating the name on the intercom, full address, house number, postcode, village, town and province.

Provide a shipping address where there is always someone who can accept your parcel. In case of cash on delivery payment be sure to keep the exact cash amount ready, to avoid the carrier to return who is not allowed to leave the goods without having received the total due amount.

You can track the shipment via the online tracking number provided by UPS. As soon as the UPS courier takes care of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the link and the tracking numbe which allows you to know anytime where your order is.

The UPS Courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and it is not possible to fix deliveries by appointment. The courier will attempt delivery of the package for three consecutive working days leaving each time a notification.
If all attempts to deliver the items will be unsuccessful the goods will be sent back to our stores.. -
