Returns and Refunds

You can return one or more products within 10 working days from the date you received your order..

You can make a return under the following conditions:

1. The return must be sent within 10 working days from the date on which your order has been delivered to you.
2. The product must be returned undamaged, unused and/or washed, stained and has to have the label applied.
3. Products will not be replaced with other products, but you will be refunded the amount of the returned items
4. The refund will be accredited to you after verification of the returned items and within 30 days from the date of return of the items to our stores
5. Refunds will be made as follows:
   • Orders paid by bank transfer: bank transfer
   • Orders paid by PayPal: PayPal
   • Orders paid by credit card: credit card
   • Orders paid by cash on delivery: bank tansfer

How to return:

1. Access your personal account by logging in.
2. Select "Return request" in the menu on the left of your account page." nel menu a sinistra nella pagina del tuo account.
3. 3. Select "Submit a new return request" at the top right and fill out the form with the required informations. Select the order and the products you wish to return. The return request will be accepted and managed. You can monitor anytime the status of your return from this page.
4. 4. The refund will be accredited to you after verification of the returned items and within 30 days from the date of return of the items to our stores as specified in the payment section.
