Shipping in Italy costs € 8 for each order. NOW FREE for orders over € 100 until 31/12/2014 (not valid with other promotions.).

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation from the SDA/UPS courier. Click on the link in the email and you can see in real time where your package is.
You will receive your package at the address you provided within 5 working days from the package being received by the Courier, not counting Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The courier will attempt to deliver the package for three consecutive working days; if he/she does not find you at home he/she will leave a notice in your mailbox. If none of the attempts are successful, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to find a solution.
Remember that for payments by credit card, Paypal and cash on delivery, your goods are dispatched on the same day as the order. In the case of payment by bank, it may take longer to dispatch and deliver the goods.

If you have any problem with your shipment, you can contact SDA couriers directly on 199 113366, or contact Customer Service at the toll-free number 800 208640 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm.
Returns
Free to change your mind!
How to return an item - orsers made as Registered User:
- Login to your Account
- Go to the section "My orders", click on "See order" of the order you wish to return
- Click on "Return" in the top-right corner of the page, the return page will open
- Fill in the required fields, quantities, items, reason for return and how you wish to be refunded
- Once you filled in the form, click on "Confirm". Your return request has been processed.
How to return an item - orsers made as Guest:
- Go to the "Make a return" page
- Fill in the required fields: order number, quantities, items, reason for return and how you wish to be refunded. Confirm to send your return request.
In both cases you will be notified via email of all the return updates and you will be asked to choose a day and time for the picking by the courier. The cost of the return shipment will be deducted by the total refund.
If you made a return request as Registered User you can check anytime in your Account the status of your request in the "My Returns" section.
Please note:
- You can return goods within 14 days of delivery of the product
- You can return goods if they have not been damaged, used or washed and the original label is still attached
- You cannot exchange the goods with others, but we will refund the amount of the items returned within 14 days of alerting you via email
- Once confirmed, a return request can not be changed
